Introductory Wine Appreciation – Mon 9 & Tues 10 November

Held on two consecutive evenings, this short course is perfectly pitched to newcomers to wine and great for those who ‘know what they like’ but not why.  The first night is all about the ‘nuts & bolts’ and classic Australian wines. The next night we’ll cover sparkling and new wave varieties. I’ll sort some decent cheeses and good bread to stave off the hunger pains. So, gather a friend and pop along. They are fun and informative sessions.
