GT WINE Magazine Top Tasting – Blanc de Noirs & Sparkling Red

As befitting the last Top Tasting of 2020, this will be a sparkling affair for just 15 guests. We’ll be seated at the revamped GT WINE headquarters. We’ll taste two brackets of Blanc de Noirs – one domestic, the second Champagnes. These red fruited but pale coloured sparklings are on the rise and the tasting panel was impressed with the local stuff. To finish the night, we’ll have a bracket of sparkling reds – mostly shiraz with a couple of other variants. I’ll ramp up the food for this celebratory event. Limited numbers, so be quick.
