GTW Champagne & Sparkling Dinner

Hosted by Peter Bourne.  As the festive season approaches, our minds inevitably turn to wines of the bubbly kind, but the diversity, complexity and food-friendliness of high-quality sparkling wine makes these styles suited to far more than just an end-of-year toast.  At this dinner, seven top examples of Australian Fizz will be put up against 10 stunning international styles, including Champagne, Cava and Crémant D’Alsace showcasing a range of terroir and grape varieties across 14 exceptional producers.
