GT WINE Magazine Top Tasting in Orange – Rosé

Spring will certainly be in the air when we taste the best of the best in the rosé category from the October/November issue of GT WINE Magazine. The tasting panel discovered some terrific (read: dry and savoury) styles from both Australia and Provence. The rosé category has exploded over the last decade but we have sorted the good from the bad and ugly (read: sweet and syrupy) styles. This will be a fun night.

Chardonnay comes in all guises from sparkling to still; fresh and bright to bold and complex. We’ll explore this vinous diversity with two of top Australian sparklings and the best of Champagne. Following onto three brackets of high end Australian chardonnays from quality producers like Oakridge, Giants Steps, Mac Forbes, Ten Minutes by Tractor, Stonier and Kooyong.
