All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend an event where alcohol is being served. Proof of age may be requested.
Bookings for events must be completed and paid for in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex online via SecurePay, a secure payment gateway processor.
Your Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date on the notification of the gift.
Yes please, otherwise there may not be a place available for you if the event has already been filled. To redeem the Gift Card online simply enter the code at the booking checkout for your chosen event. Or phone us on 02 9552 2366 as we can assist you with the booking.
If you are unable to attend your chosen event you can transfer to another event without penalty unless you transfer within 10 working days of the original event in which case a $20 fee per person is payable. You are able to make a total of 2 transfers per person to other events after which the booking lapses and the fee is non-refundable. Transfers will only be accepted if places are available in the other event/s.
As long as your cancellation is more than 10 working days before the date of the event you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 10 working days the fee/s are non-refundable.
We do not normally offer discounts. For groups of 8 or more people please contact me as a private event may suit you better as we can personalise the venue, the wines, timing, and other details for your individual preferences.
