Rosé in all its guises is top of the pops with a blushing wave surging through our bars, restaurants and our homes. When the GT WINE Magazine tasting panel selected Rosé Champagne as the theme for the December/January issue, there were shouts of excitement. We tasted 55 wines on the day with an amazing range of style for delicate salmon pink to the distinctive rose petal colour of the Laurent Perrier – which made the cut on the day. This is a tasting not to be missed – only 20 places.
