Wine Tastings take winelovers deeper with single varietal tastings and ‘international tours’ to explore and compare regional differences and reveal the mysteries of topics such as the French appellations, the Spanish vinous awakening, or the new wave of bold Mediterranean red varieties hitting Australian shores.

Food & Wine Matching Dinners are designed to stimulate discussion and opinion on food and wine pairing. These short, sharp, mid-week events in collaboration with Luke Mangan’s kitchen team providing the food are led by Peter with relish for an engaging evening.
