New Spain with Scott Wasley

I’ve just discovered that Australia’s foremost importer of Spanish wine, Scott Wasley is in Sydney on Wednesday 21 June. So I’ve re-gigged the Spanish course take advantage of Scott’s intimate knowledge of Iberian wines. Scott has selected a bunch of wines from his (cutely named) The Spanish Acquisition portfolio to showcase what’s new and interesting in Spanish varieties and regions. He’ll bring along some of (he claims) the world’s best anchovies to add to the fiesta.

The Full Greek

The New Wines of Greece initiative visited Australia in June. It’s the 3rd year they’ve run a series of masterclasses, tastings and events for the wine trade.
